Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi city is the capital of UAE. It is the largest and richest emirate in the UAE. It means “Father of Gazelle”. Abu Dhabi is one of the largest producers of oil and has in recent years many investments in financial services and tourism.
Dubai: Dubai is the second largest emirate in the UAE and ruled by Al-Maktoum family. It is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. It has a several names such as the city of Gold because of its famed Gold market.
Sharjah: Sharjah is the third largest of the seven emirates and the only one have land on both the Arabian Gulf coast and the Gulf of Oman. It is ruled by the Qasimi family. You can enjoy having a break in the sun, relaxing on the beach and shopping in the traditional souqs and modern malls. Recently Sharjah is called “The Capital of Islamic Culture”, so you will admire the beautiful mosques and minarets.
Ajman: Ajman is the smallest emirate in the UAE. The geographical location of Ajman is between the two emirates Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. Ajman has attractive beaches, historical and architectural attractions, shopping centers and traditional Islamic souqs.
Umm Al Quwain: Umm Al Quwain is located in the north of the United Arab Emirates. It is situated between Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. Umm Al Quwain means “Mother of Two Power”. It has a lot of green islands, Aqua parks and island for bird lovers.
Ras Al Khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah means “Top of the Tent”. It is usually known as simply “RAK”. It has varied landscape, including pristine coastline, expansive desert and pleasant wadies and oases in the Hajar Mountains.
Fujairah: Fujairah is the only one of the seven emirates that has a coastline solely on the Gulf of Oman and none on the Persian Gulf. It is almost totally mountainous and oases, fascinating historical attractions and year-round sunshine.
